We continue to promote and reward our employee’s contributions through our ongoing safety initiative schemes therefore encouraging involvement from all of our employees.
We carry out a wide spectrum of training on a regular basis to ensure they have the skills, knowledge and confidence to carry out all works safety, every member of our team receive an individual training review where specific training is identified and planned for the coming year, such as confined space training, rescue training and behavioral training.
